Three lifecycles. One harness.
Each pillar is a discipline of its own — with its own loop, its own metrics, and its own cloud-native stack on Kubernetes. The Harness is the seam that ties them together into one fabric.
Author agents, prompts, tools, skills, references, datasets, automations — and land them signed in the registry.
Operators, packaging, GitOps rollout, scale, routing, security, policies and guardrails — the Kubernetes lifecycle for agents.
Offline suites in CI plus online tracing, shadow traffic and feedback — quality, safety, cost, latency, drift.
The Harness
The Harness is the control plane shared by all three pillars. It owns the agent registry, prompt and tool catalog, memory, policies, guardrails, eval gateway, identity (SPIFFE/SPIRE) and the observability fabric. Without it, each pillar drifts into its own stack — with it, agents stay portable, governed and measurable.
